What if I’m nervous or unsure?

 You don't need to prepare anything in advance. Coming as you are - curious, unsure, or even nervous - is more than enough. We move at a pace that feels supportive, checking in along the way so you remain grounded, and in choice throughout the experience?


Do I need horse experience?

 No. All sessions are done on the ground, and no prior horse experience or riding is required. You will be guided and supported throughout the session.

This work can be supportive for adults, teens, and children, depending on the service and the individual. 

Gestalt Coaching sessions are primarily designed for adults and older teens. If you're considering this work for a child or teen, we can talk through what feels most appropriate during a free introductory call.


This work is not linear or perspective. Some clients experience meaningful shifts in a single session, while others choose ongoing support. We move at your pace and check in regularly about what feels supportive.

In-person equine sessions take place at a private farm in Jarrettsville, Maryland. Location details are shared once scheduled.

For the safety of all animals and participants, personal pets are not permitted on the property, and the property is non-smoking.

Sessions are reserved specifically for you and prepayment is required to hold your session time. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

In the event of inclement weather or safety concerns, sessions may be rescheduled. The safety and wellbeing of both clients and horses are always the priority. Life happens, and communication is appreciated whenever possible.

No, services are offered on a self-pay basis.
