Experiential Coaching & Facilitation With Horses
A Little About Me
Hi, I’m Jen or Jennie, whichever you prefer.
I’ve lived in Harford County, Maryland, my entire life. I have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor, a love of reality TV, and I’m happiest when I’m with my son.
My connection with horses began when I was 10 and quickly became a central part of my life. I spent years riding and eventing, and later my family bought a horse farm where I taught beginner lessons, trained and sold horses, and ran a small boarding business - all while working a full-time office job.
Life didn’t go the way I expected.
Over a short span of time, I went through a difficult divorce and lost my dad, who was my hero. During that time, I supported my son through some of the hardest moments of our lives and later became a caregiver for my mom, whom I still care for today.
Those experiences slowed me down and forced me to look honestly at how I was living, coping, and holding everything together.
I spent years in traditional talk therapy. It helped me understand my story and my patterns.
However, something still felt incomplete.
This work offered a different way - gently working with what I was carrying, not just talking about it.
